1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to three weeks to reach your doorstep. Please note that any delays caused by the customer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information will not be the responsibility of the seller.

2. What's your return policy?
We accept returns only for incorrect items. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange return and replacement. Please note that any return postage fees outside "incorrect items" will be at the customer's expense, and the cost of the shipment will be deducted from the initial cost made by the customer. And where buyer request a refund based on any of the above, Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item minus all shipping fees incurred.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. However, if the package has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, any return postage fees will be at the customer's expense, and the cost of the shipment will be deducted from the initial cost made by the customer.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide a photograph. The seller will replace the item, and cover the cost of return and replacement.

5 Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photograph, and we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
